Lewis and Clark Bag by Frank Willis

This bag is a reproduction of those carried by the Lewis and Clark Expedition. This is a military style, double pouch, early 1800's bag with a silver cross belt shield. All Frank's bags are constructed of vegetable tanned leather, hand sewn with waxed linen thread, wth a hand dyed and burnished finish.

Visit Frank's web site, History in the Making, for more examples of his work. Copy and photo supplied by Frank Willis.
