Christian Springs Rifle by Dan Fruth

I finished this rifle in October of 2010. The lock is hand made, all castings were sand cast, and the barrel is a copy of a barrel from an early (1765-1770) Reading rifle. I mixed some details from rifles of the same period to build my own interpretation of a piece that could have come from the gun shop in Christian Spring during the early years. I hope to have the opportunity to build this rifle again, as it was a fun challenge.
