Quillwork Sheaths by Linda Pritchard

I am a relatively new quillwork artist and have visited the CLA show the last 3 years. Even though I am 63 I started getting serious about the art of quillwork in the last couple years an have done quite a few pieces. I use all natural dyes and try to stay as traditional as possible when constructing a quilled piece. While these two knife sheaths represent the Eastern Woodland design I have not seen any originals quite like these. The smaller one on the right however was taken from an "Iroquois" design but whether or not it was ever used as a knife sheath design is questionable.

The linen they are laying on is also natural dyed with Queen Anns Lace.
