French & Indian War presentation horn by Oregon artist Kevin H. Hart titled, “1760 New York Map Horn”

Inscriptions: New York 1760
Horn length: 18 ? inches
Horn throat: 6 inches (3 inched round dyed black, followed by 3 inch turned ivory tip)
Plug: 1 inch turned ivory
Horn strap finial: Turned ivory
Rear Plug: Turned & carved Brazilian Rosewood.
Carvings: Map of New York State, New York City, Albany, Schenectady, Compass with verse, Forts, parked cannon, native warrior, various ships, birds, sea serpent, seal of King George, towns, cabins, churches, Hudson/Mohawk/North Rivers & lakes.
