CHEYENNE BEADED HIDE PIPE BAG TOGETHER WITH WOOD AND STONE PIPE 
the bag, composed of softly tanned hide painted overall with yellow ochre, with vertical stripes in red pigment, sinew sewn in tiny glass seed beads against a white, lazy-stitched ground, with stylized butterfly designs, and concentric rectangles on narrow bands down each side, trimmed with long, beaded split-tongue pendants, together with a pipe stem, of cylindrical section with a narrow groove in slight relief, and catlinite bowl with raised carinated bowl. 
Length of bag with fringe 29 in.; 
Length of pipe stem 18 in.; 
Length of pipe bowl 7 in.

SIOUX BEADED AND FRINGED HIDE DRESS
constructed in a classic style, sinew sewn in numerous colors, with metallic accents, against a light blue lazy-stitched glass bead ground, the yoke with pairs of stars on the chest and back, enclosed by concentric bands and narrow strips of sylized dragonfly designs, and typical geometric decoration on the hem; cut hide tassels centering beaded medallions on the skirt.
Length 49 in. by width across the yoke 50 in.
